From the 2nd year onwards, there is an annual maintenance fee of 20% of the original licence price.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The yearly costs for software upgrades and support include:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Support in German and English during regular office hours (08.00 &#8211; 17.00 CET)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Software updates, maintenance and service packs<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; software upgrades (releases)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The support contract includes support services which are directly connected with the software. Adjustments which derive from changes in the customer\u2019s IT environment are not included.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other services, such as installation and configuration of the software or training services can be conclude in a separate support contract.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The software upgrade and support contract is automatically extended by one year and can be cancelled in writing three months before the contract end date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract can be cancelled by either party without naming specific reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Duration\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duration<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The software upgrade and support contract is automatically extended by one year and can be cancelled in writing three months before the contract end date.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Initiation-of-Support-Period-of-Duration\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Initiation of Support Period of Duration<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The duration of the initial maintenance starts with dispatch of the contract-confirmation along with the download-link and the unlock-key for the software. The contract can be cancelled by either party without naming specific reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Availability\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Availability<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FirstAttribute AG does not guarantee the permanent availability of its website, downloads (including updates, instruction-manuals, freeware, etc.), as well as support-systems.
